Project NA-001 / Milwaukee, WI / Living resume set
I turn complex work into systems people can use.
Civil and environmental delivery. Hands-on service operations. AI-assisted automation. A portfolio built around the work, the decisions and the result.
EPA soil remediation portfolio work and NASA-connected secure project documentation from the current resume.
The Handyman Help keeps the systems grounded in estimates, photos, receipts, follow-up, and customer trust.
Operating thesis
The same practice, across different tools.
Noah's edge is not one job title. It is the ability to move between field reality, enterprise documentation, customer-facing service, and fast software builds without losing the human workflow. This site is structured like a live evidence board: what is proven, what is being built, and what should be verified before it goes public.
Meet Noah / Watch the work
From field experience to practical automation.
A 2 minute 47 second introduction and demonstration. My recorded voice introduces the work; local AI narration explains the recorded demos. Includes my own drone footage and homes I painted.
Selected work / Engineering to automation
Five projects. The work behind the title.
Project summaries from my career records and documented prototype tests. Engineering projects were completed through Jacobs; they do not imply direct agency employment.
Water infrastructure serving the Navajo Nation
Civil 3D · ACC · Data Shortcuts · Sheet Set Manager
- The problem
- Four sites needed a coordinated path from survey inputs to usable plan-and-profile drawings.
- My contribution
- Organized shared surfaces and alignments, developed pressure networks and profiles, adapted drawing templates, and assembled plotted sheet sets.
- The result
- A coordinated four-site drawing package and a repeatable file workflow for the project team.
Evidence & scope
Career-record summary. Formal project title and delivery timeline remain under review.
Milwaukee Estuary remediation
Civil 3D · ProjectWise · AutoCAD · Xrefs
- The problem
- A large remediation package needed consistent references, layer states and drawing output across overlapping work areas.
- My contribution
- Contributed to 200+ sheets in a 400+ sheet package across 11 remediation areas. Built master/container references, managed sheet layers and reorganized the reference structure for maintainability.
- The result
- Supported the 30% design delivery and established drawing-management workflows the team carried forward.
Evidence & scope
Counts and role are from personal project records; not an independently audited project report.
Recovering a difficult drawing delivery
OpenRoads Designer · MicroStation · Georeferencing
- The problem
- An inherited remediation project produced oversized PDFs and suffered from problematic surface data.
- My contribution
- Learned the needed OpenRoads workflow to address the surface issue, then used MicroStation CONNECT to add a georeferenced aerial background for plotting.
- The result
- Recovered usable outputs and advanced the drawing set. The important result was a deliverable the team could use.
Evidence & scope
Client anonymized. Detailed project files remain private.
A voice agent with measured behavior
Twilio · OpenAI Realtime · WebSockets · Python
- The problem
- Telephone audio, model responses, interruptions and session cleanup had to work together in a usable conversation.
- My contribution
- Directed a Twilio/OpenAI Realtime prototype and tested actual self-calls. Diagnosed truncated speech using completion status and token counts, then adjusted response headroom.
- The result
- A 61-second test recorded 422–504 ms from speech end to first response audio; a second 201-second test completed twelve turns with no recorded bridge errors.
Evidence & scope
Prototype evidence. External appointment booking and live operator steering are not claimed as verified.
Habitat: getting back to the work
Python · JavaScript · Linux/WSL · Integration tests
- The problem
- A phone message could reach an agent while its reply failed to return; a new session could also lose the practical thread of a project.
- My contribution
- Directed diagnosis of a stale transcript location and changed event format. Added a saved project-return brief and checked that its draft action preserved user input without sending automatically.
- The result
- Seven isolated reply-reader checks passed, a real reply was recovered, and the return action was checked on phone and desktop.
Evidence & scope
Internal working components. No claim of a fully deployed twenty-customer product.

Sheet 300 / Forward-deployed systems
AI systems grounded in operating work.
Noah built AXIS House to coordinate specialized agents across multiple AI harnesses while preserving visible ownership, receipts, human approval, and stop paths. At Petrichor LLC is the company turning those proven patterns into maintained systems for small service businesses.

Pre-revenue
Internal prototypes and pilot preparation. Repeatable paid customer delivery remains a next step.
Sheet 200 / Field texture
The resume has sawdust on it.
The Handyman Help matters here because it keeps the software instinct honest: every workflow eventually has a tired person, a customer waiting, a receipt somewhere, and a job that has to be finished.
